I like this idea as well but the concern is how to ultimately decide on the action. I have thought that many would independently provide the means to do so but many many hesitate due to the lack of support without a formal consensus process given that ultimately it is that weight of votes that incentivizes here in the ecosystem... However, I do agree that action>decision!
