Yes you are very right. I have been in this situation twice on my journey here. What i did on both occasions was to stay away for a while. The first time i went away for a month and second time, i went away for a week. I seems to solve the problem for me.
Some people need space, some people prefer to focus on other areas of the platform. The trick is to know what you need :)
