1. PLAY STEEM for Android now released
Developer @etainclub has now released the Android installation file (apk) for PLAY STEEM.
PLAY STEEM has an impressive feature set including Push Notifications, In-App Translation, In-App Text to Speech, In-App Account Creation using Resource Credits, Switching Accounts, Setting Beneficiares, Bookmarking posts, Saving Drafts, and Auto complete tags...
It is hoped, Apple permitting, that an iOS version will follow soon.

3. Project Hope Emergency Fund
Project Hope has announced that it is creating an emergency fund for unexpected medical expenses to the members of the Project Hope Core Team.
