You're voting for witnesses that are arbitrarily disallowing certain accounts from performing basic transactions, I know you know better than that.
Anyway, they don't even need your votes. If you haven't noticed, this blockchain has become entirely centralized because the account @dev365 owned by Justin Sun has the only means of putting a witness into consensus. So you have one account voting for witnesses, and those witnesses are arbitrarily deciding who gets to use Steem (freezing large stakeholders, especially!). It's a centralized, censored, permissioned ledger. It's a joke, a sham, and a plainly pointless network at this point.
