I wish I had had this information BEFORE the hardfork. For example, spamming and milking annoyed me a lot, but I didn't know that it would affect the stability of the system.
It doesn't. They're straight up lying. Don't expect thieves to be honest.
I have deliberately refrained from using condemnatory vocabulary (and, of course, swear words), as these are always negative and thus imply a verbal attack. This is not helpful to get factual information.
Please accept that I - from both sides - want to get as much relevant information as possible and do not want to laboriously pick it out of emotionally colored comments. I will try to do this with reasonable communication.
In Germany there is a saying: "As you call into the forest, so it echoes out." In this case it means: I have politely asked factual questions and now I expect polite, factual answers from those I have addressed.
