SBD taking off! Could this be the start of another Pump? Will it happen again?
I've always hoped that this would happen again, it was so good while it lasted, buying steem for SBD at a rate of 5:1, heck I wish it was even back to 2:1.
I was pretty excited to see this nice little green spike all of a sudden in the SBD price, but as I type this I'm watching the red bar grow deeper and deeper. I can't be too disappointed though, I feel like I took really good advantage for the last spike and turned pretty much all of it into STEEM, I'm now so close to dolphin status I can almost taste it.
I think steem has so much long term potential and I've been seeing so many bullish predictions for this year it's really exciting me. My previous goal was to try to accumulate 20 000SP by the end of the year and I don't think it's going to happen without another big spike in SBD prices again. I was getting worried it was going to slip back to $1 and it just may and that's really going to put a dampener on my goals for the year.
I'm always a bit saddened when I see others on the platform with a similar rep as me, having only 500 or 1000SP and knowing if they kept it all invested they could have just over 4000SP like me, but If I'm wrong and something ever happens I'll be feeling quite opposite and wishing I didn't just Vest my Steem.
I'm also regretting not parking any of my other crypto profits while it was high, since I think it was a great time during the last dip to move some money back into STEEM. I just love what you can do with the STEEM when it comes to supporting other members of the community or projects here on the platform. I feel like it has an actual use compared to most crypto's I'm just sitting on in some exchange or wallet not really caring to much what the coin actually does.
Now I'm getting exciting again since the red bar has disappeared into a little tail and turned green again, I wonder what the coming days with bring and hope I can continue to maximize my SP holdings, my next goal after 5000SP, is being able to cast a full $1 upvote, which means I'm going to need to slow down on delegating all my SP out, but it's so hard not to want to support everything. I know so many people out there are much better content curators than me and use my power much more wisely and spreading the love much farther that I could on my own!
Anyways lets hope steem does go to the moon! I'm going to skip the lambo and get one of these!

Good to see some recovery. The past couple of days were pretty brutal to watch. Red everywhere.
I know it sucks to see it at red, but on the bright side it’s like a stop at a traffic light. When it goes green, more people will get in as the price drops for encouragement to get in at a fair price. The power of #hodl!

Looks like SBD is hitting a lot of resistance in the 5.80ish range, this is within the norm for the spikes it's hit on the way down from its highs. I think SBD might have been a prime target for pumping due to its lack of liquidity, the natural volume in the steemit system of users can't account for the huge spike in market interest when the pumping started.
Certainly strange to see it pumping, but also quite exciting!

Yeah, the pay outs are certainly nice when SBD are this high.
