I can't seem to post. When I want to post, i get the message "Missing Posting Authority". Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my account?

Had this before but can post and upvote not though seems not very stable.
I was worried that my account was hacked
I still feel it's not very stable.
I'm a new user and got dizzy by this.
So, this is a system error?
I had to repeat several times for it to work.
