I've seen the $7000 a day figure mentioned several times, but I really don't understand the reward pool. Why such a carved-in-stone number? Shouldn't it fluctuate based on how much STEEM and SP are purchased over time?
Meh. Don't take my word for how things might work around here. I'm just a noob.

And it seems to change all the time, too. However, things have gotten better around here lately, so whatever has happened is working IMO.
