I get wound up myself sometimes, I know it, but pushing for change isn't wrong in of itself. Without people striving for their personal goals/ambitions for steemit everything would quickly stagnate. But becoming overwrought and burning bridges when the change doesn't happen immediately is silly I agree.

Ha ha, when I get too fixated on a steemit issue I just go a wandering in the park or get on my bike and go outdoors. A day or two away from the computer soon puts things into perspective.
