es, you can get up to 6 maxed stats on a single artifact.

Just redid mine, and here's what I can tell:
Reroll all the stats out before you start. It's easier to get 6 stats from a pool of 34 possibilities instead of 10 if you still have some stats on other artifacts.
Be sure you have enough mythstones, it took me almost 200B to get to 6 artifacts.
The more you advance, the more it's difficult to get 6 stats, so don't keep a 5 stats in the first artifacts (or even until the 5th).
Don't be that greedy that you refuse a 6 stats artifact because it rolled with health stat on it. The normal bonuses are so low on them that it doesn't matter what you get.
Decide if you want all the 34 stats or if you can leave some out that you don't need.
