Good post. It's not as intimidating as it seems at first. Step by step directions make all the difference though.

One thing different I do is purchase Litecoin from Coinbase directly with my debit card. Very quick transaction. Banks and Coinbase seem to transact quicker using a debit card, not sure why.
Also, if another person is readily available, having a second set of eyes review your steps as you go is good insurance.
