I was responding to you putting the onus on steemit inc, who has nothing to do with it, and by extension then, as in your newer reply on those whales, who have a vested interest in NOT doing anything about issues, in general, because it will either possibly draw fire or attentions that can't sustain or absorb, and yes, some just don't care, because they are absentee owners. Then you have the ones that stay out of it, because platform liberty - code is law, and this is all within the allowances of the current code, which cannot so easily be changed... etc etc etc.
So many levels of paradigm and angles, that's why your original message, acknowledged none of that, and hence, seemed like you didn't quite get all the parameters of the "game".
