I doubt many curators would give anywhere near 100%. If something is considered exceptional, a few might give up to 80%.

I think 50% is probably more likely. I think I would give most 50%, some maybe a little less. I'm sure most content creators would be ok with less than 50%. Many buy votes and get less than 5%.
