    Sorry for the late reply. Turns out you can do it through Huobi. It doesn't require registering as a trader, or a license, or anything like that. I thought it would, but it worked with just an e-mail address.

      I transferred Steem to the Huobi account with the proper memo, then used that to buy ETH directly.
