I would like to add however, that there is also a requirement for ongoing community tasks such as marketing, project funding, curation, software development, content creation etc. There should be ongoing task groups set up around these key tasks, nothing formal, all voluntary, no declared leaders, but tasks assigned by the communities at the forums
