If the community should come to the conclusion that it was wrong to put him in the list, I think there is a chance of being able to convince all major stakeholders.
what was the reasoning for moving funds in an private account purposefully created anonymously? you could created an account. you could have move it to SPS.
I don't think that those funds belong to the SPS, which is a community account for paying developers and promising projects for the Steem blockchain. By separating the accounts it's currently ensured that they can't be used spontaneously for other purposes.
You must understand, there is no transparency in this actions, there is no info. A lot of things are done, to put it mildly, shady.
For outsiders it may sometimes look like there are just a few witnesses actively involved, but I can assure you that there is much more happening in background than you guys are able to see.
For security reasons we needed to act very fast prior to the last fork and not all top witnesses were directly reachable to install the new version, therefore some of the upper ranks might have been temporarily replaced by others who were already running it.
also why roundbeargames got his steem taken? he was vocal about korean community and justin sun, but he had nothing to do with hive, did not spam, amount of steem he had was funny to be any threat to steem.

so cursing and calling justin communist is enough to lose all your stake on steem now? or mentioning hive? because it is not about milking, i bet you could find great number of accounts that are currently milking steem and nothing is done about it. steemit is actively rewarding using tweeter and doing so braking their own TOS 14.1.7.
I am fine if you have a rule that it is forbidden to speak bad about Justin or Justin's projects and mention hive on steem but then that rule should be first thing people see when they join the site, so they know that they could end up losing all their steem.
I just tell you how it is. I don't see good chances of getting the major stakeholders to vote for returning his funds.
i am also telling you as it is. you could lose all steem for name calling people on the chain. not really a great future to advertise.
I think the point is that his Steem shouldn't have been taken in the first place. You know this to be true as you have stated as much in the past.
