STEEM has finally made a move that was not a pump and dump.

The volume has picked up since July 21 and STEEM has pushed up against the resistance at $0.24

Unfortunately it does not look like the Bears have enough momentum to break through.

I anticipate a move lower in the next 24 hour period.
