I understand what you are saying but the Government is not FORCING them to do it. My point is aren't we evolved enough as a species to see the devastation we wrought in the name of tradition? It's just putting blinders on to the present and living in the past. I know traditions are an important part of every culture but come on this type of barbarism gets us nowhere. Damn!
Their are many voices against it but local Government has given it legal status... its all politics..
