Powering down - minimum amount?steemCreated with Sketch.

Hey all!

I have always converted everything I earned into Steem Power. Now I have almost 20 SP, and would like to start powering down, but if I try to, it shows me an error:
"Unable to power down (ERROR: Transaction broadcast error.)"

Why is that? Is the amount to small? What is the minimum amount?
