STEEM: Massive base breakout! ATH at $9.29 is back in play

Steem has quite clearly broken out from a two and a half year base and also cleared another area of resistance around 0.85. So long as price can consistently hold above that 0.85 level, the strength of the breakout from the base, as confirmed by RSI on the weekly timeframe, has the potential to take this all the way back to the ATH of $9.29 last seen in December 2017.
