SBD is pretty much useless now, you can't even convert it on chain since the witness's decided to decouple it from steem.

I just mentioned this not long ago https://steemit.com/busy/@trailofwhales/should-we-get-rid-of-sbd

With SMT's around the corner, maybe our best option as a community is to build our own peg backed by actual dollars since SBD's aren't even convertible.
