I appreciate your own input, opinion. as well as your effort to read my thoughts.
(even though you're are the only one who replied anything at all)

in fact I appreciate it so much - that it has provoked me to a response and further detailed analysis of the situation and all those ideas discussed. however my response became quite lengthy. therefore I would try first to summarize it into a brief version :

It is not possible to curb the appetite of voracious eater by giving him more food. to really do that - some Real Restrictions must be made! or at least some attempts and efforts showing that it is an actual concern and goal - not the mere appearance of it

and my proposed idea (which you called "clever" :)) is just an EXAMPLE of how that supposed to be attempted. IF it is a real genuine concern and effort - not the "fishing bait" to lure in more new users to bring in more Capital into the System to satisfy big "Stakeholders" (HYIP investors) for the sake of making them stay and yet "Self-Restrict" their "profit maximization".
