no they wont. the delegate structure of this pos chain lead to what we watch now. If witnesses had revenue sharing system with their voters, maybe it could have lasted a little longer. it's just a fatal flaw.
look the witness dumped their revenues stream all along... at least I hope they didn't spend it on lambos...
