To trade the majority of one's prime adult years for the 'retirement dream' at the end of the 30-40 year grind...makes absolutely no sense...and is the arguably worst trade ever! I totally agree with you.

This is indeed a conversation that's worth having more and more as we create fortunate lifestyles :)
