In world created by a supernatural being, and a country where we have varieties of street food available, be it in the morning, in the afternoon, or in the evening, here in my country, whichever fast food delicious delicacy you need are always available when needed. This is just the joy of being in my country. In today's world, in this right time, I will be discussing about my favorite food street restaurants, Crunches — not just a place where foods are sold, but where good meal are serve with greatest.

           **Sweet Pizza**

Kindly oblige me to tell you a little quick story about my first day journey to Genesis Foods Restaurant. It was my friend Emmanuel, which I usually don't like him. I look for every single reason to stay away from him, but he kept on coming closer to me. So, one day he asks me to escort him to get something from a friend. On our way coming back, he wanted to please me, so we branched at this Genesis Foods Restaurant, and he got me beef pie PIZZA, saying we should sit and eat that before going. So we placed an order, and it was delivered on our table.

My first bite of this very PIZZA was so imaginable that I didn't know when I spoke out, saying, "Mmmm, so sweet," and he laughed. To call the story short, that night I couldn't sleep, praying for the day to break so I would go back to the restaurant — which, the following day, I did went back alone. And it was same story, same taste, and same feelings.

Pizza is originated from Italy, which is transformed from simple flatbread topped with varieties of ingredients available locally, with it modern form emerged out in 18th century while jollof rice a based West Africa particularly in Nigeria and Ghana has root in the ancient wolof empire of Senegal and the Gambia, spread across legion with different preparation method and ingredients.

Why Pizza is very special is that it comes with a lot of beverages, nutrition, carbohydrate, protein, vitamin, and rest of other things like the cabbage, the tomatoes, the onion, the pizza cream, sausage, the rest of other recipes; and it keeps you energetic, strong, and healthy.

Yes! To affirm my choice in this above list, shawarma volume for me, reason being that their shawarma is the best I have had ever, because it comes with great taste, creamy spices, and fresh. It fills the mouth. It can make your cheeks and nose tweak when taking it. You might not even know when you start touching your modra oblongata — that is to tell you how great taste it is.

Right here in my home city, we have a lot of street food, businesses such as shawarma, pizza, crunches, hot dog, meat pie, fish pie, beef pie, barbecue, cake, bugger, etc., which can all be taken with chilled cold drink depending on your brand choice.

My affirmation for pizza doesn't make others less tasty or special, but it's just choice differs, because they have a whole lot of things which I haven't tried yet, which others has confirmed that all their crunches foods are so great.

This is the manager; her name is Rebecca. When I came, I was asked to first see her before I could go around and make pictures and talk to other workers. Though she didn't give me much of her time, reason being that she's on a tight schedule, she managed to brief me a little about her role in the business and the challenges she's going through. It was brief, but I so much commend her hard work to the small company.

The security man Jeremiah, a very elegant, vigilant, competent, and hardworking man—he was my first approach when coming to the crunches, and was also the first, when permitted by the manager, to talk to the workers. Talking to him, asking him how he's handling his office post, he started by telling me how some days could be difficult, caused by violence or havoc by some customers and co-workers, but we always end in peace. That made me admire who he is, what he believes, and his personality.

Hey! hey! hey! wait a minute, don't get me wrong, it is a small business. Why I haven't talked about it being a small business is because I'm so carried away with the taste of their products. But now I retract; here is the overall picture of the business, managed by a lovely manager, which their picture is equally attached on this blog, with respect of some of the worker, which includes the waiter, the cook, and the security man, which I also interacted with, asking him how he's coping working in a small business like this. And his experience was admirable, and how his work shift looks like, if it is challenging, and his response was as if I should apply for a security job.
