How are you all? I hope you are all well. I am also doing well. Today I am sharing with you reviews of some shops around an industrial area. Various types of shops can be seen in any industrial area. Small hotels with various types of food, various food shops, clothing stores, and shoe stores can be seen around the industrial area. Sometimes, a small market develops around such factories.Today I have come up with such a post. I hope you like it.

First, I shared a picture of the main factory there. There are about two or three other factories around it. But I selected this one. The name of this factory is Spero Apparels Ltd. Here I took a picture with my batch and took a few pictures of the factory. It is located in Joydevpur area of Gazipur. I visited this area yesterday. I went there in the afternoon. But this place gets very crowded in the afternoon. Because there are some workers who have their day off between 5 and 5:30. And at this time, the place fills up a bit with people. So small business owners try to decorate their shops before this time.

There are many popular businesses around the industrial area in our city, of which I think food stores are one of them.A variety of snack foods are available in the van. Workers like to eat these types of items in the afternoon or evening after leaving the office. In addition, various types of vegetable business are also one of them, because workers also try to do the market near their hands before going home. So that you don't have to go to the market separately. That's why this type of business is very popular. Also, lunch hotels are one of them. Many of those worker who have their lunch outside. So this business is also very popular. In addition, many other daily necessities are popular in this industrial area.

In today's challenge, I'm basically sharing about a fruit shop. When the shop doesn't come, it brings the fruits in a van. There were many types of fruit here. There were oranges, black grapes, malta, dragon fruit, pomegranates, apples, and dates. I saw amalki and kadabel(wood apple) at another shop. They have arrived in front of the office with various vegetables and fruits in different vans. I saw another van carrying only guava and dragon fruit. The prices here are relatively lower than in the market.

We found the fruits here at a relatively low price, so we bought some. I bought two wood apples and half a kilo of black grapes from here.I found out the prices of almost all the fruits from the owner of this food shop.I am sharing a list of them below.

Besides the fruit shop, I took some photos of another food shop here. I saw many types of items like chanachur and biscuits being sold in a van.These are fairly popular businesses.There were about 10 to 12 types of biscuits and snacks here. Besides chanachur and biscuits, there were several other types of food here, such as namki.This is our local food. These are not usually seen in stores, but are more commonly found in vans like this. There were two to three types of Chanachur. I tried to show almost every product in the picture.

In addition to that, I tried to capture some other small businesses with photography. For example, there were shops selling pickled vegetables, shops selling plastic daily necessities, and various vegetable shops.

These types of stalls really attract people because I think their prices are a little lower than normal shops. Those who live in shops have to pay various expenses, such as shop rent and electricity bills, but those who run stalls in these vans have relatively less expenses, which is why they keep the prices a little lower. And since many people live in such areas, their sales end quickly, so sometimes they give a little discount. For these reasons, mainly workers and normal people are a little more attracted towards such shops. However, there is another reason why workers are attracted to these stalls: they can get everything they need right at their fingertips after leaving the office. They don't have to go to the market or go to a store far away for daily necessities. For this reason, they are more attracted to these types of stalls.

Yes, I think these types of businesses provide an income opportunity for the people around them.For example, when a factory is built in a place, the first thing people need is food, so if the people around can run a food shop or hotel, it creates an opportunity for them to earn income.Also, those who work remotely can rent houses nearby if they want. This provides a source of income for the locals.In addition, drivers and security personnel are often needed to operate official vehicles in addition to office workers. Then people in the neighborhood can join such jobs and they have an opportunity to earn an income. So I think these types of businesses are definitely a boon for people's income.

I had a few conversations with the fruit shop owner I'm sharing the story with. He's been in business in this area for about two years.Since they are not a specific shop, they do not stay in this place all the time. They stay in this place especially from afternoon till night and during other times of the day they do business in other areas. Their sales are a little better in this industrial area compared to other areas. Their business does better, especially on the first days of the month when salaries are paid in offices.
