Today I came to an industrial factory in my area.The name of this industrial factory is MHC WEARS (PVT) LTD. Today, I will examine the business operations of this garment factory. Numerous shops have been built in front of the industrial factory centered around the industrial factory. These businesses have been built based on the needs of the people in the industrial factory. Today I will examine these businesses as a journalist and prepare today's report. So let's start today's report

01 What are the popular businesses in the industrial area of your city?
There are many types of popular businesses in the industrial area of my city. Businesses that are developed around and around industrial factories. For example, clothing business, tea business, vegetable business, food hotel business, almond-boot-pickle business, etc. People earn their living by focusing on all these businesses. And these businesses are developed around industrial factories. Workers get their daily necessities around the factories, as a result of which they do not have to go far and collect their necessities from nearby shops. That is why there are many popular businesses around industrial factories.

Yes, I always buy something from these shops. Today I bought my necessary vegetables from the van sitting in front of the factory. Many vegetable vans are sitting in front of the factory. And more or less everyone collects their products from here. I bought some vegetables today, such as radish, eggplant, coriander leaves, raw pepper . The prices of these are shown below.
03 Why are workers or common people more attracted to these stalls?
The main reason why workers or common people are attracted to these stalls is that they are cheap and easily available. They usually sell various products in front of the factory. Therefore, traders do not need to pay shop rent. Here, traders operate their business by keeping prices low. Workers or common people get their necessary products at low prices and cheaply, so they do not go far and crowd these shops. For example, when the factory is closed, they get various vegetable carts in front of the gate. They do their shopping from here, and also buy various snacks from here. Therefore, workers or common people can collect necessary products at low prices and easily available in less time, so people are more attracted to these shops.
04 Are these businesses creating income opportunities for people around the factory?
Yes, these businesses have created income opportunities for the people around the factories. There are many people who do not work in factories. So they have chosen different businesses to earn their living. Some earn their living by running food businesses, some tea and beverage businesses, vegetable businesses, clothing businesses, pickle businesses, etc. They earn their living by running other businesses. Through these businesses, they run their families. As a result, a small but permanent economic cycle has developed around the industrial area. These businesses are not only supporting the owners but also many local families financially. Therefore, it can be said that these small businesses in the industrial area are the lifeblood of the local economy, which has provided employment opportunities to the people of the area around the factories.
