hello Steemit friends
I am @mostafezur001 from Bangladesh

To participate in the competition, I reached a market near our area. From there, I took photographs of various types of vegetables and I am sharing them with you today. Winter is the time when you can see a lot of beautiful vegetables in the market and that is why the prices of vegetables are relatively low during winter days. Since the people of rural Bengal produce a lot of vegetables, the prices of vegetables are relatively low. But in urban areas, the prices of vegetables are not as low as in the villages. At the same time, the people of the villages get the opportunity to eat fresh vegetables.

As the price is low, there is an opportunity to get good quality vegetables. Winter vegetables are very tempting. Among winter vegetables, I like to eat cauliflower the most. Also, in winter, various types of vegetables including radish, spinach, and eggplant can be seen in the village markets.

01 What vegetables are available at the vegetable shop you will review?

The vegetable shop that I have come to review today is a temporary vegetable shop. These vegetable shops are open two days a week and all kinds of seasonal vegetables are available in these shops. Since winter has arrived, winter seasonal vegetables are available in the largest quantity. Also, vegetables that are available throughout the year are also available in such shops. In a word, if I want to say that the shops that I am reviewing today, you can easily buy all kinds of seasonal and perennial vegetables.

03 How do they manage losses when vegetable prices fluctuate?

Since they sell seasonal vegetables and perennial vegetables, they can observe the rise and fall in prices very well. When seasonal vegetables first come to the market, their prices are good and because of this they make a lot of profit. Therefore, even if the prices of vegetables sometimes decrease, they do not suffer much loss.

04 How do they survive when there is a lack of buyers in the market?

Since it is a weekly market, the number of buyers in the market is always a little higher. Only during natural disasters, i.e. rainy days, we see a little less number of buyers in the market. On these days, when the number of buyers is less, they make less profit compared to other days and sometimes they face some loss.

But it is not only vegetables that are available in the weekly market. Food items are also available in such weekly markets. Especially jilapi and various types of fried items occupy the most place in the minds of most people in such markets. Everyone likes to eat such foods in large quantities along with shopping.

At the same time, a large amount of fish is available in such weekly markets. Since there are a lot of ponds in our area, large-sized fish can be seen coming to the market.

An invitation to all to participate in the competition @mostofajaman @narocky71 & @kibreay001
