I thank my brother from the bottom of my heart for organizing such a beautiful competition. I have learned a lot by participating in this competition. I have been lucky to see and hear the sorrows, pains, joys and sorrows of the common people from close quarters. Today I want to write about the business of shops in front of the business industry. The company or shop I want to write about is Henry Optical Fiber Limited and the shop name is Aminul Tea Stall. This company and shop are located in Gazaria, Sirajganj Sadar Upazila, Sirajganj District, Bangladesh.

Factory

Henry Optical Fiber Limited is located next to our Gazaria bus stand, and Aminul Store is located next to it. Today I want to write to you about Aminul Store. The owner of Aminul Store. Mohammad Aminul Islam. He is a simple-minded person. He has been running a business in front of this factory for seven years. Basically, his business has developed around this company.

This Aminul Store sells various types of food products. First of all, what I want to say is that the main attraction of this Aminul Store is milk tea, along with it, red tea. He sells various types of food in his shop. Starting from bread, biscuits, bananas, BD cigarettes, various types of bakery and delicious food products. He has been running a business at Gazaria bus stand since before this company was established. After becoming a company, his business continued to improve day by day.

The foundation stone of the factory

This Aminul Mama now sells 500 cups of milk tea a day, along with red tea and various products from his shop. Aminul Mama is currently earning a lot from this shop. With this earned money, he is saving some money for the future by meeting his family expenses. Henry Optical Fiber Limited has been established next to Gazaria bus stand, so many employees work in that company. These employees drink tea, buy bidi cigarettes and other items from Aminul Mama's tea shop.

Aminul Store & Thistle

On the one hand, Aminul Mama's sales are increasing, on the other hand, the employees of this company are able to have their breakfast or lunch for a small amount of money. The price of tea in this shop is comparatively very low and Aminul Mama sells the products of his shop at a very small profit. It is seen that the employees of this company are getting some relief from hunger by eating bananas or bread in the morning. Having such a shop next to the company provides many benefits to the company's employees.

Since my city is Sirajganj, there are various types of mill factories in this city. Among them, Henry Optical Fiber Limited in Gazaria is a wire manufacturing factory. Many people work here. So a small market has been developed next to it, its name is Gazaria Bus Stand. Tea shops, grocery shops, pharmacies and Ameo pharmacies, paan shops, etc. have been developed targeting this factory. All these businesses have been developed targeting Henry Optical Fiber Limited.

Why are workers or normal people more attracted to these stalls?

Working people and low-income people shop more from these shops because these shops sell products at very low prices. You see, it costs 50 to 200 taka to have a coffee with a coffee or a cup of milk tea, but it costs ten to fifteen taka to have a cup of milk tea from these shops. Low-income people work in these factories and are limited by their income, which is why they buy products from these shops. Moreover, those who work in these companies work from eight in the morning to eight or nine at night. Buying from these shops saves them a lot of time.

Yes, of course, these businesses have created income opportunities for people around the factories. When factories are established, it is seen that many workers work in those factories. These workers come from different places and rent houses here and there and live here. Those who are local here are able to live and rent those houses. Earning extra income by renting.
