Hello Steamiam friends, how are you all. We all know that the third week of the 27th session of the Steam Challenge is going on. This week, a journalist has to act for a day. Business at the market station. This competition is organized by @max-pro brother. I feel blessed to be able to participate in this competition. I have been able to realize a lot while participating in this competition. The name of this challenge is SLC27-W3 | A One-Day Street Journalist: Business at The Transport Station.

Shop

Today I went to our Pipulbaria market. There is a PNG stand in Pipulbaria market. There is a grocery store next to the CNG stand. The name of this grocery store owner is Hasan Kaka. This shop is located on the east side of the Pipulbaria CNG stand in Sirajganj Sadar Upazila, Sirajganj District, Bangladesh.

CNG station

First I went to the CNG stand. These CNGs are taken from our Pipulbaria market to Sirajganj city. Sometimes they are taken to Sirajganj Koddar intersection. These CNGs run 24 hours a day. You will see these CNGs whenever you go to the Pipulbaria CNG stand at night or during the day. Some CNG drivers go home after evening but some drivers stay up all night driving. On the one hand, CNG drivers earn income at night and on the other hand, it benefits the passengers who travel at night for work.

It is seen that many people in our area stay in Dhaka for their jobs. Most of them travel at night. That is why CNG drivers provide their services 24 hours a day. Now let's talk about Hasan Kaka's shop. Hasan Kaka is a simple-minded person. He has been running a business next to this CNG stand for 12 years. I saw that his shop only has Monihari products.

I am mentioning some of the notable foods. They are bananas, bread, various types of biscuits, betel leaves, bidi cigarettes, chocolates, etc. These types of foods sell well next to the stand, which is why Hasan Kaka sells these foods. Many passengers come and go to the CNG stand every day. Due to which these shops have been established for the convenience of passengers. If a passenger suddenly feels thirsty or wants to drink juice, they can easily buy it from the shop next to the CNG stand.

About 300 CNGs are running in our Pipulbaria Trendor stand. There are some CNG drivers who finish their lunch with bread, bananas and these. Due to lack of money, they may not be able to eat good food at noon. All these shops basically work as a convenience for the common people. These shops provide fairly quality food for a small amount of money.

His shop sells various types of biscuits, chanachur, juice, water, bread, etc. He has been running a business next to this CNG stand for 12 years.

I had bought bread and bananas from this shop before, but today when I took the picture, I could not buy any product from this shop. Sometimes, when we go to our city, we often buy bread and bananas from this Hasan Katar shop. From where we get CNG, Hasan Kaka's Manihari shop is next to this CNG stand.

Why are passengers more attracted to these shops?

There are enough reasons why passengers are attracted to these shops. The main reason for this is that these shops are next to the bus stand or CNG stand. It is seen that the shops near the boarding and alighting points of the train are the ones that the passengers go to for shopping the most. These shops have been built targeting these stands. These shops sell products in a quality environment.

These businesses have created employment opportunities for local unemployed youth. It is seen that wherever a market or station is built, various types of shops or businesses are built there targeting this development. These businesses are mostly run by the local unemployed youth there. Local unemployed youth manage their families by doing such businesses.
