The Diary Game: Thursday Market Day Engagement and Activities(26-02-2026)

Greetings to you all and happy Thursday steemian, let's get into the reason for my appearance here today. This morning before going to the market, I did some underground work at home like sweeping, cleaning the kitchen and others. After that I went to uyo big market to buy some of my food items, when I arrived there, a lady was selling palms and shoe at the entrance of the gate at promo price and people were patronizing her but unfortunately my size wasn't there and I left.

I move to cold room to buy fish, I waited for about few minutes there because I didn't see anybody to add money and share the fish with, a moment later people started approaching one after the other, that was when I see someone to share fish with, she brings part of the money and I add it with mine and take it to the cashier, the cashier counted the money and gave now gave me a receipt and I take it to the distributor to collect our fish.

After we finished sharing the fish,I enter inside the market to buy other things like pepper, grinding melon, okra, maggi, salt, crayfish, stockfish and other consumables items and pay my way back to our local market using road tricycle.

Customers started approaching me one after the other to buy fish immediately the tricycle dropped me at my place. After I finished selling for the first and second set of customers, I now open my fish from the carton in order to stock it in a cooler to sustain the ice till evening time and also set up my table.
