Transport stations play a huge role for every city. Because the only secondary means of transportation is transportation and there is a specific place of transportation from where passengers can easily reach their destination. That's why I have come to participate in an important engagement challenge today. I thank @max-pro brother for organizing this engagement challenge. Through the engagement challenge, I will share with you about the important auto rickshaw transport stations of our city. So let's get started.

Which transport station did you visit in your city? Review any business there.

We need transport to go from one place to another. There are transport stations in every region for the convenience of passengers. Transports are located at a specific place and for this, passengers can easily reach their destination by taking transport from that specific place. There are transport stations such as bus stations, auto stations, CNG stations, railway stations, etc. I think that from all transport stations, the auto station is in every region. Because passengers always travel by auto transport from the auto station when their destinations are close. Compared to before, people now choose auto rickshaws as a means of transportation instead of walking a short distance.

There are more auto rickshaw transport stations in our city compared to other transport stations. Many small retail businesses or wholesale businesses have been established around the auto rickshaw station. Because the number of locals is high here. Due to the specific location, the demand for small retail businesses increases among the common people. These include fruit shops, food shops, grocery shops, product shops, cloth shops, furniture shops, i.e. various shops of daily necessities, etc.

There are some mills around Dhirashram auto rickshaw station. So there are different types of grocery shops at this auto rickshaw transport station and the demand for them is also increasing day by day. Because the local people here are from the lower class and the public is more likely to travel. So the public buys their necessities from all these shops.

Dhirashram Auto Rickshaw Transport Station is near our house. We have to go to Dhirashram for various work and whenever we need some things we buy things from this grocery shop.

Anyway a few days ago me and my husband went to this shop to buy some things. The prices of which are given below,

Why are passengers more attracted to these shops?

This shop has been here for the last few years and the shop owner has a very good relationship with the local people. The owner provides good quality products and low prices to the customers. This maintains a good relationship between the customer and the shop owner. In addition, since it is a rural area, the local people of the village usually patronize the grocery stores and the customers of these shops are usually people known to the shopkeeper.

In addition, as I have already said, there are various factories centered around this place, so the working people there also buy things from the shops here. This makes the number of customers of the shops large. In addition, products that meet the customer's needs are available in these shops and since the customers are known to them, the shop owner often sells them things in bulk. Lower class and middle class customers are more attracted to these shops because they get good products at low prices and products at a low price.

Are these business establishments creating employment opportunities for local unemployed youth?

Currently, government jobs are limited and private jobs have become quite difficult to get. Therefore, there are many educated youth who, instead of running after jobs, establish small retail businesses with little capital. This creates employment opportunities for the unemployed youth of the society or the locality. Here the amount of loss is less and if you do business honestly with some risk, you can become established. Various types of workers are directly or indirectly involved in these business establishments, which creates employment opportunities.

In addition, some business establishments also have employees. People such as wholesalers, retailers, suppliers, etc. are involved in the business establishments of a place. There are many successful business owners in different regions who have reduced unemployment with these shops. Therefore, these business establishments play a very important role in eliminating unemployment for a society or region.
