I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. I will participate in a great contest this week. The theme of the contest is SLC28-W6 | Worldwide Travel Explorer : Transport Hubs and Stations. So let's get started.

Which transport hub or station have you visited? Give brief information.

Autorickshaw stations have been established at small intersections of roads in various places in the village or city. A special advantage of autorickshaws is that you can travel from one place to another at a low cost for a short distance. There is an autorickshaw station at the main road intersection of Palima village in Tangail, which is very old. This station is located in Palima Bazar on the road from Dhaka to Bhuapur. This autostation has autorickshaws from different places. There are always autorickshaws at this station every day. Therefore, pedestrians use the autorickshaws of this autostation to go to their destinations. Since this station is located in the village, local people from a few villages around the village drive autorickshaws. This station is spread over a fairly large area as it is located at the junction of three roads.

What are the facilities and services available there? How is the management, cleanliness and ticketing system? (Show pictures + video)

As I have already said, this station is located in a village so there is no such system of collecting tickets in the village. Here, passengers pay cash as fare to the auto rickshaw driver to reach their destination. This station is clean because employees are kept to sweep the station in the morning. There is a Palima Bazar Committee who manages the Kalima Auto Rickshaw Station. Since there are many auto rickshaws here, they have to be taken in a serial and their arrangements are also made here. Auto rickshaw drivers also have several facilities like they can carry passengers in auto rickshaws according to serial, there is a good relationship between auto rickshaw drivers. The service includes a fixed amount of fare to go to a specific place which the passengers can take to reach a specific place.

What impressed you the most about this transport hub?

This is a great question for me because this station is located in our village and almost all the autorickshaw drivers here are known to me. In that case, it is a good thing for me because I can take my familiar auto rickshaws from here to reach my specific destination. Apart from this, there are many auto stations where there are only a small number of auto rickshaws and auto rickshaws are not available as needed or for a short time, but since there are always auto rickshaws at this station, there is no such problem to go to a specific destination. Also, this auto station is very big and clean.

It was a winter morning in the village, there was a lot of fog and cold. My sister and I went to the auto station on a winter morning to visit and shop at the grocery store. There is a grocery store in front of the auto station. Since I went in the morning, I saw that various auto rickshaws were parked at the auto station and the auto rickshaw drivers were cleaning their vehicles. Some auto rickshaw drivers were picking up their auto rickshaws. There, I talked to some of my acquaintances, took some pictures and videos with my mobile phone. It was a wonderful moment for me.
