Today, I have come to participate in the third week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W5, organized by the Honorable teacher @max-pro sir. Today, I appeared at Sufi Khanas Restaurant, located in Barai Tala under Shyampur Police Station in the capital, Dhaka. The Shyampur area is busy. Millions of people live in this area. The restaurant is located in one of such busy areas. Today I will visit the restaurant and also answer the questions given by the respected contest creator.
Sufi Khanas is a popular restaurant in the area. The restaurant is especially popular for its delicious and healthy food. When you enter the restaurant, you will be fascinated by its colorful decoration. The restaurant is unique in its lighting and decoration. In addition, since the restaurant has an open sky, customers who come here find novelty.

The restaurant's most notable feature is the quality of its food. Every food available here is prepared healthily. Especially the Halim and Luchi here are worth mentioning. Among these areas and some surrounding areas, the best Halim and Luchi is the Halim of Sufi Khanas. That is why people come here in droves in the evening.
Apart from the famous Halim, Sufi Khanas also has various types of food, and each dish is delicious.
To come to Sufi Khanas restaurant, just mention the name of Shyampur Barai Tolar Sufi Khanas from any place and any vehicle will take you here. Since the restaurant is located next to the main road, the name of this restaurant has spread by word of mouth. And whoever has tasted this restaurant once has received praise from the mouth.

Sufi Khanas is a popular restaurant in the area. Although it dominates famous as a Haleem maker, many other types of food find their way here for the sake of running a restaurant. And every dish is of good quality. The owner of Sufi Khanas knows that if you keep the quality of the food right and set the price accordingly, you will get many customers. His thinking was right. Due to quality food and right price, the restaurant sells well all day long.

Sufi Khanas Restaurant is not very big, but the small restaurant is beautifully decorated. Half of the restaurant has no roof. That is, the open sky above the head. Many customers like to eat under the open sky at night. Especially on full moon nights, it becomes very difficult to find a seat here.
The restaurant's lighting system, the arrangement of each item in the small space, is very nice. The decoration here is also very impressive.

Sufi Khanas Restaurant is an overall good quality restaurant. But two things here attracted me a lot. For example-
Halim
Halim is one of my favorite dishes. I often organize this dish at home. I also like to eat Halim from different restaurants. I have eaten Halim from all the Halim shops in this area. That is why I can be called a Halim expert.
I have seen that the taste of Halim here is completely different from that in other shops. Many shops add fat to the beef to cheat the customers, but Sufi Khanas Restaurant does not add any fat. Rather, the fat that is attached to the meat is completely separated and given in the Haleem.
The taste of Haleem here is incomparable, which cannot be matched by any other shop. Anyone who has eaten Haleem from Sufi Khanas Restaurant once will not like Haleem from any other restaurant. This has attracted me very much.
Open roof
Another thing is the open roof. The open sky is on half of the restaurant. Whether it is a full moon or a new moon, the night sky is always enjoyable. Having dinner or enjoying any food under that open sky is really fun. You can witness that joyful event when you come to Sufi Khanas Restaurant.

Sufi Khanas Restaurant is a very popular restaurant in the area. I often try various dishes, including Luchi Haleem, at this restaurant. I like the atmosphere and food here very much.
It is fun to enjoy the food here while chatting with friends.
The owner of Sufi Khanas Restaurant is very good, I always get hospitable treatment when I go to the restaurant. Also, the stuff and a half here is very good. They are ready to help in all kinds of ways.

After going to the restaurant, Best Plasti tries to provide us with a gift. The most important thing is that the atmosphere here is so beautiful that I don't feel like I am sitting in a restaurant and have to get up at a specific time. I have the freedom to stay here as long as I want. Many times, the owner of the restaurant himself chats with us.
