So friends, let’s talk about today’s main topic.
01 : What are the popular businesses in the industrial area of your city?
As you all know, there are always a lot of workers in every industrial area. And of course, it’s impossible for a worker to work without eating. After a certain time, everyone needs food. That’s why one of the most popular businesses in my city’s industrial area is the food business. People eat food at regular times, so in front of these industrial areas, you’ll find many kinds of shops like food stalls, clothing stores, and even electronics shops. There are also residential areas nearby where workers live.

This is a Chinese company that has been established in our city. The name of the company is Win Champion BD Company Limited. It’s managed by Chinese owners, and they mainly produce different kinds of toys here. The workers who work there can go to the nearby food stalls to eat what they like. Some prefer rice, roti, fast food, or sweets all of these are available at those shops.
02 : Have you ever bought anything from these stores? Show pictures + videos and show their prices.
Yes, of course. During my visit to this area, I bought food from one of these shops. The quality of the food was really good. They serve food very safely and hygienically. However, I noticed that some of the fast food items were kept outside on open stands, covered only with newspaper which I didn’t like much. Because when food is left uncovered, dust and dirt can easily fall on it, which is harmful to health. But when I went inside, I saw that the food there was properly covered and kept clean, safe from flies and dust.

I had sweets and puri from this shop. The sweets were delicious, and the puri also tasted great. Compared to other shops, the food here was much better. That’s why there’s usually a big crowd of workers at this stall because they serve tasty food at a low price that fills people’s hunger and meets their needs.

These food items are very popular at this shop, and the prices are quite low. So even low-income people can come here to eat. They also serve meals like rice, fish, and lentils during lunch and dinner time. The truth is, people work hard every day to earn a living, and they always think about how to save some money. So if they can get three meals a day at a low cost, they can save some money for their families.

03 : Why are workers or normal people more attracted to these stalls?
Workers and general people are usually from low-income backgrounds. That’s why they gather where they can find food at a cheaper price. They always try to manage their living and family expenses with their limited income. So they prefer these kinds of affordable stalls where they can eat at a low cost and continue their daily lives.

Especially in industrial areas, the shop owners know that most workers are here to earn their living. That’s why you won’t find many luxury hotels or restaurants here and that’s actually a good thing. The business owners understand how valuable money is, so they keep the food prices low so everyone can afford to eat.
04 : Are these businesses creating income opportunities for people around the factories?
Yes, definitely. Whenever a factory is established, many small and large businesses grow around it. The main goal is to earn a living. People who were unemployed often start small shops here, creating more job opportunities in the area. Besides that, rickshaw pullers, van drivers, and transport workers also earn money by helping workers travel to and from the factories. So overall, these businesses are helping many people earn an income and support their families.

In conclusion, it can be said that various small and large shops have been established in the industrial area. These businesses are especially beneficial for low-income people, and their types are quite different from other kinds of businesses. The behavior of the people here is very polite, which helps increase the number of their customers day by day. So, these were my thoughts about factory and industrial area businesses.
