SLC27-W2 | A One-Day Street Journalist: Factory and industrial area businesses.
In the second week of Steemit Challenge Season 27, @max-pro organized a wonderful contest. As a one-day street journalist, I am ready to participate in this competition with joy. Many thanks to him for organizing this competition. I am trying to make my post unique according to the needs of the competition. So let's started.
| What are the popular businesses in the industrial area of your city? |

My city is called Gazipur, and there is a large number of garment industries here. Recently, a large number of small traders have been seen around garment factories. Most of the small business owners here are clothing sellers.However, most of the clothes here are made for children. Small clothes are made and sold from the leftover fabric of the garment industry here.

Such businesses around the garment industry are quite profitable and offer very affordable prices to buyers. Here, clothes for young children are made from very good quality fabrics and are sold at very reasonable prices. Due to the limited prices, most people flock here to buy their essential products. Clothing sales are open here every day from 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM. I really enjoyed these clothing stores around the industrial area of my city and wrote a report about them.

Here I noticed a large collection of products for children. In particular, the quality of the products and the fabrics were quite good. But because they are made from leftover garments, their value is very limited. Although I did not purchase any products from here, I checked the price for reporting purposes. Most of the products here are sold at very limited profits, and therefore, there is a high potential for profit if sold here.

There are more clothes for young children here, but some pants and shirts are also for adults. Most of the products here are ready-made from the industry and are being served at limited prices. The prices here are very reasonable considering the quality of the product. The prices of these products are kept limited to attract buyers. Since there is no need to pay extra VAT or residential rent here, you can make a good profit by selling products at a low price. The price list of some products is mentioned below.

| Why are workers or normal people more attracted to these stalls? |

There is a high probability of attracting workers and the general public here. The main reason for being attracted here is good fabric and affordable price. Most products here are sold at very affordable prices. The common people are very attracted here to get clothes made of very good fabrics at a limited price. Another reason why ordinary people are attracted here is that the prices are low compared to the quality here.

I noticed a large crowd of ordinary people here. Here I saw many wealthy people gathered among the workers and toiling masses. Basically, the fabrics used here are good, advanced garment fabrics. The use of advanced fabrics attracts common people and working class people. It is natural that people will be attracted here to buy good quality clothes at affordable prices. So I think there is a greater chance of attracting people because the clothes are sold at affordable prices here.

Businesses here have become one of the main sources of livelihood for people. Especially those who are likely to be attracted and attracted to this business are the people in the neighborhood. They are able to earn a very good income through this small business. Most businesses do not require any extra fees or accommodation costs, so any excess sales over the purchase price is accumulated as profit.

Since selling at a low price here results in limited profit. Therefore, a businessman is focused on this business and is considered a source of income. There are about a hundred small traders in this area whose source of income is selling clothing. The quality of the clothes and garments sold is very unique and people consider it an elegant business. These businesses have been considered by me as a profitable way to earn good income with very little investment.
