01 Which Government Institution Have You Visited? Please Provide Brief Information.

Recently, I got the opportunity to visit a well-established government educational institution, Sataysh School and College, in the Gazipur area. Known as a reliable educational center for local students for many years, Sataysh School and College was established as a school in 1967 and gained college status in 2013. And since its establishment, it has been effectively implementing the principles of government education, quality education at low cost. The school enrolls about twelve hundred students from class one to class ten. The vast grounds, clean environment, security system and disciplined administrative structure indicate a good learning environment at first sight.

Upon entering the school, one notices the neat gate, green courtyard and various educational posters printed on the walls of the building. The rooms of the administrative officials including the headmaster are very tidy and easy to access, which has made the activities of the institution transparent and student-friendly.

02 What Kind Of Services Does That Government Institution Provide? Show Pictures + Videos And Show Their Prices.

This institution mainly provides government general education services. In addition to classroom teaching, considerable importance is given to co-curricular activities in the school. Teaching is conducted by skilled and experienced teachers in all subjects including Bengali, English, Mathematics, Science and Social Science. The presence of multimedia classrooms has made the teaching method more modern and interesting. Especially in science classes, projectors are used to show pictures, animations and videos, which help in clarifying the students' ideas.

The school library is relatively small, but it is well-organized and full of books. Apart from textbooks, various story books, encyclopedias, science and general knowledge books are available here. Students can use the library according to a specific schedule.

The institution also has a good reputation in terms of sports and co-curricular activities. Every morning, an assembly is held in a large field, where the national anthem is performed, guidelines are given on hygiene and moral education. Cricket, football, kabaddi, scouting, debate competitions, cultural programs, etc. are organized regularly. These activities play an important role in developing the students' self-confidence, team spirit and leadership qualities.

In addition, the fees for various services of the school are very low. The total cost including admission fee, monthly tuition, examination fee can be easily borne by low or middle class families. The institution is enabling the financially weak students to continue their education by providing special assistance to them.

03 How Is Their Service Perceived By The General Public? What Does Your Own Observation Say?

A review of the opinions of the general public about the institution shows that most of the parents consider government schools as a reliable educational center. They think that the teachers of government schools teach with competence, sincerity and long experience. Government tiffin program, free distribution of books, disciplined supervision in examinations are some of the reasons for their satisfaction.

However, the people also mentioned some minor limitations. For example, due to the large number of students in most of the classrooms, the teachers cannot give equal attention to each student. Some classrooms have poor ventilation, and the old building lacks maintenance. In addition, despite the existence of science labs and computer labs, it is known that there is a shortage of modern equipment.

During the visit, I observed that twenty-seven school and college teachers are trying to take classes with great dedication. The behavior of the students is also polite and the classroom environment is fairly calm. The spontaneous participation of students during breaks in the playground shows that the school cares about their overall development. However, some problems also came to my attention. Due to overcrowding in some classrooms, the seating space for students was narrow. Some buildings are old and have faded. The number of bathrooms is comparatively less, which requires regular maintenance. Moreover, despite the library, adding more books will increase the interest of the students.

04 What Changes Do You Think Are Needed For This Institution To Improve In The Future?

After analyzing the experience of the inspection, I think that some changes are very necessary for the improvement of this educational institution. The most important is the construction of new buildings and classrooms. As the existing rooms are insufficient compared to the number of students, a modern and airy building is necessary. The number of teachers needs to be increased, especially in science, English and ICT. If the school's digital lab, computer lab and e-library are updated with new technology, students will progress further in modern education.

In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the school's environmental cleanliness, increase the number of bathrooms and further improve the playground. Lastly, if parent-teacher meetings or an online platform is introduced for regular communication with parents, the parents will be more aware of the progress of their students' learning.

Overall,satais skul & collage is a reputable and promising educational institution. If some structural and technological improvements are made, it can become one of the best government schools not only in the area but also in the district. The dedication of the teachers, the interest of the students and the trust of the parents. These combined strengths will help the school shine even brighter in the future.
