Then I mashed the potatoes well with my hands. Then I mixed the onion, coriander leaves and salt well with my hands. I mixed everything well so that nothing remained hard.
Then I added the mixed onion and green chillies to the bowl of potatoes. Then I started mixing all these things well with the potatoes.
In this way, after some time, I mixed everything very well. Then I took a packet of tasty spices. Then I added tasty spices to the mixture.
Then I started mixing the tasty spices with my hands well. In this way, I mixed the spices well with the mixture.
Then I started taking a little bit of the mixture with my hands and started making balls. I made a very small ball. I made them small so that they would be very crispy and also delicious to eat.
In this way, I made many of them with the mixture. Then I put a pan on the stove and heated it. Then I added some oil to the pan.
Then when the oil was well heated, I put the round dough balls one by one in the hot oil. Then I fried them well. In this way, I made the entire recipe.

This recipe is called Mexican Masala Potato. I have made Indian spices plus Mexican style snack. The ingredients I have used here are very tasty and very delicious. And I have not used much spices here. And potato is a vegetable that is very healthy. Recipes can be made with potatoes in many ways. Here I have made the recipe round and fried, it can be eaten as it was before. But it tastes a little better when eaten this way. And it is much crispy.
What made you think the combination would work well together?
Yes, I thought my mixture would definitely work well. Because it is a recipe that works very well together. Although I was a little worried about this while making the recipe. But I had this much faith that I would be able to make the recipe well. I often make different recipes. That is why I did not think much. And that is why I thought the recipe would definitely work together.

No, I did not face any challenges while making this fusion. Rather, I was able to prepare the recipe very well and in a short time. Especially, all the ingredients that were required to prepare the recipe were in my house. Due to which I had a little more advantage. My experience while preparing this recipe was absolutely good. I was able to prepare the whole thing very well. That is why I will say that I did not face any challenges here.
How do you think the flavors you used represent unity in diversity?
All the ingredients that I used here are very tasty together. Especially the main ingredient was potatoes. And potatoes are such a vegetable that makes any recipe much more tasty when you make it. And the spices that I used here are very tasty. And the taste of the recipe increased a lot because of that spice. And they became very crispy because they were fried in boiling oil.
