We face various problems at different times, some problems are in our personal life, some problems in our social life, some problems in our community or country, when there are problems in the community or country, all the people of the country suffer, one such daily problem in our Bangladesh is traffic jam, I will share with you this problem and some steps to solve it.

Due to traffic jams, we face various problems, we cannot go to our work on time, students cannot reach school, we have to suffer every day to move, most of the traffic jams occur in the urban areas of our Bangladesh, especially in Dhaka city, the suffering of traffic jams is a little more, traffic jams are created due to various reasons, if some steps are taken, it is possible to reduce traffic jams to a large extent.

To reduce traffic congestion, traffic laws need to be strictly enforced, various penalties should be provided for anyone who violates traffic laws, and we need to increase awareness among us about obeying traffic laws, programs can be given at different times to increase awareness among people, people should be made aware of traffic laws through schools, colleges and the media.

Traffic congestion is caused due to the high use of private cars for a long time, for this reason, a transportation system needs to be developed, regular bus services and orderly movement of private cars will make a lot of progress in reducing traffic congestion, besides, sidewalks should be freed from encroachment, so that people can move around without sidewalks, and vehicles can move properly on the road.

There may be many reasons why this traffic jam problem still exists even after many people have noticed it, one of which is that people and vehicles are increasing rapidly in the city, but the city's roads are not being improved accordingly, and no long-term effective plan is being taken for the movement of people and vehicles, only immediate solutions to these problems are being thought of.

Another special reason why this traffic jam problem still exists is that people are not aware, even after knowing that this traffic jam is a very big problem for people, no one is interested in following the rules, even though the nation has private cars, they do not drive according to the rules, and we all do not drive consciously, besides, many times even though there is a law, this problem still exists among us due to its lack of proper implementation.

In my opinion, the most misunderstood part of this traffic jam problem is that it is only the government's problem, many of us think that only the government and the traffic police are responsible for this traffic jam, whereas it is a collective problem where our behavior also plays a big role, for example, there are many people among us who try to blame the authorities even though they break the traffic laws.

Most of the time, many people among us are occupied with football, and try to find fault with others by parking their cars illegally or stopping their cars in the wrong place, thinking that they are right, and then there are many people among us who think of their own benefits above all else, although their personal benefits cause traffic jams on the roads.

If I could change only one person regarding this problem, it would be to increase awareness among people, to remove from people's minds the idea that there is no problem even if they break the rules, many among us think that there is no harm in not following the rules a little, in this way, when everyone starts breaking the rules in the same way, a big problem like traffic jams is created, everyone tries to find fault with other people, no one wants to admit their own mistakes.

If this mentality were to change in us and this humanity were to be created among us that even if someone does not follow the rules, I must follow the rules, then only our road-discipline and accidents and traffic jams in the world would have reduced to a great extent, of course, we all have to change our mentality and change our society to be conscious people.
