Assalamu Alaikum friends. Today I am here to participate in a wonderful Steemit challenge competition organized by @ninapenda. The Topic of this challenge is SLC-S29/W2-“Thinking and Ideas!| Simple Solutions to Big Problems!”. So let's get started.

Choose a global or local problem (education, waste, traffic, unemployment, loneliness, etc.). Propose a simple, realistic solution that does not rely on advanced technology.

  • [Unemployment] :-

I think the biggest problem in Bangladesh is unemployment. Because the education system in our country is quite good and many graduates are being produced every year. However, no one is getting a chance in the job sector in Bangladesh.

That is why thousands and millions of unemployed are being produced every year. For example, I myself am unemployed now. Because I completed my studies a few years ago, but I have not got any good job yet. That is why I think My chosen problem is unemployment.

In fact, finding a solution to this is very difficult. However, the Bangladesh government can eliminate this unemployment problem if it wants to. When jobs are only for money in a country, it is very difficult for students or graduates to get jobs in that country. Bribes are taken at different levels in Bangladesh. I do not think it is reasonable to take a job by bribery.

  • As a simple solution, the first thing the government should do is to set up a corruption commission in every government sector in Bangladesh so that no one can take bribes.

  • The government should establish a government unemployed training center in every city, where all students can receive free training and learn skills from various departments.

  • There are many people who love business and are involved in light and thin businesses. The government should create those employment opportunities where small businesses can be created. The government should give a certain amount of loan and give the responsibility of running a business to an unemployed person. Later, he can repay the loan from the profit of the business.

If the Bangladesh government does not engage in corruption and only thinks about the needs of the people and provides them with jobs or businesses in various sectors, then millions of unemployed youth in Bangladesh will get jobs. I think the Bangladesh government needs to take some more important steps. Because when there are millions of unemployed people in a country, there will be no economic development in that country.

Who would benefit most from this solution?

The unemployment problem is a major problem in Bangladesh, so if this problem is solved, I think it will benefit people from various levels of the country and the country. From my personal perspective, I will highlight a few significant aspects.

  • First of all, an unemployed youth will be able to enter the working field of his life. He will be able to present himself as a responsible person in front of everyone because he is educated and hardworking. The unemployment rate in Bangladesh is very high, so if the unemployed are free, Bangladesh will progress.

  • If the unemployment problem is solved, an unemployed youth will be able to stand up for his family. He will be able to solve his family's financial problems, mental problems and various other problems. He will be able to stand by his family and support them and present himself as a responsible person.

  • Solving the unemployment problem will have a significant impact on the economic sector of Bangladesh. Currently, the per capita income of Bangladesh is very low. When the unemployment problem is solved in a country, there will be economic development and per capita income will increase. The country will develop, it will develop itself, and it will be able to help develop the area.

What possible challenges or limitations do you think your idea might face?

I have highlighted a significant problem in Bangladesh that many will agree with me. I think the following are the possible challenges or limitations it may face.

If the Bangladesh government suddenly wants to change such a decision, all the unemployed members of Bangladesh will want to unite in a hurry, which will create chaos.

When an unemployed training center is established in every city, the companies in the vicinity will take misleading steps against them so that they cannot provide any free training services.

I think corruption will sometimes arise in these institutions. Unless an anti-corruption commission is set up. Because many people will not want to provide proper training or skills for money. For this, an anti-corruption commission should be set up in the right place.

I think that from my own perspective, unemployment is the biggest problem in Bangladesh, so it is most important to solve this problem. There are many educated youth in Bangladesh who are not getting any good jobs even after being educated. However, the unemployment rate in Bangladesh is increasing day by day, this problem needs to be solved. I will share a few ideas from my own knowledge.

So I am Inviting my lovely Steemian friends @suboohi, @heriadi,@wilmer1988, @selina1, @memamun, @sushanta83 to Participate in this Competition.

I took the time to read your article to the end, Mr. @max-pro . It's very interesting! Indonesia and Bangladesh have almost the same unemployment rate, at 4.85% and 4.68% by the end of 2025. The difference is that Bangladesh's unemployment rate remains stable, while our country continues to increase from the previous year, even being listed as one of the countries with the highest unemployment rate in Southeast Asia.

Corruption and bribery are the consequences of leaders' inability to establish clean and healthy bureaucratic ethics. It all starts with how they initially gain positions or positions in a country through political transactions. As a result, it's not easy for the people to obtain a full education, and jobs are difficult for the "millions of school graduates or Bachelor's Degree" without money.

Yes, establishing a Corruption Eradication Agency, creating skills training centers and job opportunities, and providing loans for business capital. Some of the solutions you offer here benefit not only community groups but also the nation in the economic and social sectors.

Every idea and solution inevitably brings problems and challenges. The nation's elite prefer to hide the truth rather than address every problem with common sense. In my opinion, a leader who is unable to create prosperity for his nation despite its abundant natural resources and human resources is a leader who "fails intellectual and ethical censorship."

..I enjoyed reading your article, sir. I wish you success. 🙏

Thank you @ruthjoe 🙏

Hi @max-pro, welcome to thinking and ideas week 2

My Observations:

Your proposal is quiet interesting and would yield a tangible result if followed suit.

There are people who loves to make fast money, do you think these ones could ever learn anything to help reduce this unemployment. Most of them feel so loud and lazy.
