If you were given full authority for one year in your community or country, what is the first issue you would address?

If I am given full power for one year, I will first try to develop the country's education system and quality reform based on values. Because it is said that education is the backbone of the nation. And if the backbone is not right, then just as there are problems for the people, so there will be problems for the nation if the education is not right.

Meanwhile, the greatest asset of a country is not wealth or any other infrastructure, but rather educated people and educated manpower. People depend on rote knowledge, which cannot achieve anything good. Education should be reality centered, which will solve problems, which will take the country forward, and if there is any lag in that sector, then the nation will definitely decline.

I think that the education system should not only focus on rote knowledge centered on the syllabus, but should also focus on how to improve oneself by increasing their thinking power and how society can solve the problems of the world state system through education. And only through this, the country and the nation will be properly liberated, unless liberation comes.

Why did you choose this issue over others?

In fact, many may say that apart from the education system, why education when there are big problems like poverty, unemployment, health care and corruption? Actually, I think the answer is very simple, the solution to all problems is somehow intertwined with education.
An educated person is aware of his rights and learns to speak out against injustice.

And he can find his own path to employment. No matter how strict the law is to reduce corruption, if people do not have moral education, then corruption will never stop. And that is why I have chosen the issue of education. And I think that the education system and if it can be taken forward, many problems of society will gradually reduce.

I also believe that education is an investment that cannot be achieved overnight, but gradually this good education will one day enlighten the entire nation and can change the nation. And that is why I chose this topic despite having many other topics.

What is that one difficult decision you would have to make?

To do something good, sometimes you have to take drastic measures, in that case, if I have to take action, then first of all, I will break the community of the education sectors from which no good output has come and rebuild it in such a way that many good things can be added to the education sector in the future.

Although many vested interests or communities may be affected by such drastic measures, and they may block it, because they are the beneficiaries of it. However, it is beneficial for the nation. Also, another step will be to increase the budget in the education sector. Because many times, good work gets stuck due to the budget.

And that is why it cannot move forward. That is why the role of the budget is immense. Although many people will think that buildings, roads, etc. need to be budgeted for. However, these are actually temporary, but beyond this, if that budget can be invested in education, it will be of great benefit to future generations.The results of which people will gradually see.

How would you explain this decision to people who disagree with you?

Actually, I think leadership does not mean imposing anything but explaining. I will explain to them that if our country had the education rate and education system of developed countries, then our country would also have progressed as other countries have progressed. In this way, I will try to explain to them logically.

I will present my discussions openly among all of them, so that no one can misunderstand and I will also explain what is being planned and what results can come forward, so that no one is misguided. So that they understand what our purpose is and how we should move forward in the field of education.

I will also prioritize the opinions of students and parents of students so that they can also cooperate in development and bring themselves forward. And when parents and people understand that these decisions are being taken for the bright future of their children, then their opposition will decrease a lot.

Finally:- I will say this much that leadership does not mean being perfect, leadership means taking responsibility. Even if I get power for one year, I want to make decisions that will benefit people for a long time. If education is right, society will learn to walk the right path on its own, maybe not everyone will be happy with our decision but as a leader I believe that future is more important than popularity.
