Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week132: All about Easter celebrations

Hello everyone in the building how are you doing and compliment of Easter. The period of the memorial of the passion of the cross and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ , A period of redemption and forgiving one another and drawing near to God.

What does Easter mean to you, why do you celebrate it.

To me Easter means a season of lent the memorial of the suffering of our Lord Jesus Christ on his way to the cross, the suffering and pains he pass through as he paid my debts our debts so that you and i may be free. His death brought salvation to me so that i may live.

I celebrate Easter because it's the biggest price that Lord paid for me on the cross. And if not him maybe by now I don't know where I will have been. I don't see Easter as a time of merriment it's a time I draw myself more closer to God and ask for his Marcy, love and forgiveness.

How did you celebrate your Easter this year.

Like I said before, Easter is a special period for me. A time I mostly go close to God. And this year Easter was so special to compare to other ones that pass.

In this year Easter lent throughout the forty days of fasting and praying I was asking God for different intensions of which I have seen his might works in my life my business and my family. By reading the scriptures and hearing the word of God.

What is/was your favorite thing about Easter.

I don't think if there is anything too special about this period because it's a time we should be more closer to God, read the Bible, forgive one another, and also ask God to forgive us too.

Dieing on the cross for me is a big price Christ have paid for me which no one even my parents can not pay for me his death and Resurrection means a big thing to me .
