As a mother trying new thing is what I like doing, because my children like snacks when I told them I want to try puff-puff they were happy I went out to buy the recipes and here are my ingredients.

Yest	1tsp	0.5steem	100
Sugar	3tsp	10steem	500
Milk	4satchets	15steem	800
Warm water	1/2cup	-	-	-
Vegetable oil	2milk cups	19steem	1000
Fresh pepper	4seeds	4steem	200
Onion	1	2steem	100

Directions for the preparation

Get your flour ready, filter it and and add your measured sugar , put a little salt and mix together. In another bowl pour in your desired milk , add yest, warm water, egg stir the liquid mixture and pour in your flour and sugar mixture turn until it incorporate well. Allow it to settle for some time then add the pepper and onions. Set your pot on fire pour in your oil on a low flame and fry till golden brown your yummy puff-puff is ready serve with tea or pap.

My observation as a first-timer

I fried the first one with high heat and it got burnt,but when I reduced the fire and fry on a low heat it came out fine and yummy.

I love this puff-puff and my children liked it as well. I will be trying another one tomorrow watch out.
