After watching the 6 episodes, if I am asked to review this web series in one word, then it would be truly good. Yes, it is not like a classic web series. It is a comedy drama. But the way drama and comedy have been blended in it, in one word, one has to admit it is masterful. Because in every episode, there is something or the other fun for you. There is also some message or the other. But you will never feel completely bored. You will not feel like what is happening, this is truly something known everything. Because it has been shown so beautifully.

Basic Storyline

While watching this web series, you may be reminded of the movie Hey Baby starring Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan. But it was one kind there. Here it is one kind. Listen to the previous story briefly. Kunal Khemu's marriage with his wife is about to get divorced. The reason is that Kunal wants to become a father but his wife does not want to become a mother. But there is love present between them. So after that, their marriage gets divorced.

After that, Kunal Khanu goes to a pub one day and coming out from there, he sees that there is a child in his car. He cannot understand who left that child and went away. So automatically, he informs the police also and brings the child home. So after that, his child did not become sufficient because there is a meaning hole in his heart. So after fixing that side properly, after the operation happens, automatically since this child has been found picked up, it is given to an orphanage and the person who does the caretaking work in that orphanage is HR Priya.

After that, he suddenly starts feeling to adopt that child. He wants to do himself the child that he had found. But for that, he has to work hard a lot and ultimately the board gives condition that for three months he has to prove that he is a good father. Only then he will be given the responsibility permanently as its father. So for that, he tells many lies and how he fulfills this responsibility properly and what methods he adopts for that, that is mainly shown in this series.

So here there is that difference with Hey Baby. What was shown in Hey Baby was that the problems that were happening at the time they were taking care of the child, those were highlighted. Here instead of catching that problem, rather what issues he is facing in society, with his family, with his in-laws, ex-in-laws, those matters with friends, in office, those matters have been highlighted here. This seemed quite fun and has been highlighted quite through humor. It is not like you will learn a lot by watching this, understand a lot, but still along with learning something or the other, but you will get fun.

Everyone has acted well. Whether Kunal Khemu or Manoj Pahwa and whoever else is there, everyone is good. Production value is quite good and it is a fun web series that you can watch sitting with family. And for that reason, I will give Single Papa web series 3.5 stars out of five.
