Not every lesson we learn from academic institutions or somewhere learning is available. Some lessons we learn from life which feels hard to learn but once learn, it can shape us better. Yes, I'm talking about learning from real life experiences.

The lesson I learned was about life, not academics. It helped me unmask some people's true colors or characters. Wise people learn from other's experiences but I'm not wise enough so I learned from my real life's down or bad times. Today I'll share my hardest learning experience of my life till now.

• How open are you to learning, are you teachable?

Honestly, I'm not a good learner because I lost my patience very early and my mind get absent and lost at some points so I miss a lots of things when it comes to learning something new.

But yes, I'm definitely teachable but the teacher should be kind and gentle to me. Life lessons are teacher itself and sometimes it seems strict to us but sometimes learning something better we need to face hardship or strictness.

• What is that lesson you learned the hard way.

It was a life lesson when I was a graduation student. Our family was dealing with serious financial crisis and my education could be stop if I didn't joined part time jobs to finance my own educational expenses. It was not easy for me to balance between study and earning money doing different kinds of jobs. No family support, no relative support, Only me with the help of my Almighty Allah, I kept continue my study and earning money too to finance myself.

• Do you think learning it that way made you a better person today.

Yes, definitely that learning of hard times made me a better person today. Today I know the value of money and never depend to anyone for financial support. Some relatives who always with us on our good time, found disappeared even did bad to me by saying negative and bad things.

I recognized those real faces and tried my best to maintain safe distance, still the distance is maintained. Though I'm still struggling for earning my leaving but the lesson I've learned shaped me to a better person, who knows the value of time and money and still earning her own living independently.

So, the all I've learned is, our empty pocket can teaches us the best lesson that our good times never can teach.
