Take your favorite local street food and give it an international mix. Tell us the name of the street food and why? Show steps. Be detailed enough! |
|---|
Our country's local street food includes fuchka, Chatpati, Roll, Muri, Halim, etc. But today I have chosen Muri among the street food. This is a food that is a traditional food of our Bengali or West Bengal. Muri is made from rice; this street food, Muri, is quite popular as an evening snack. Everyone likes it because it is crunchy to eat Muri, but in different places, it is eaten in a fun way to make it more interesting.

With Muri, I have chosen Maggi Noodles as an international mixture. With this, I will make another street food, and its name is "Muri - Maggi Noodle Ball". This food is very famous in India. Below, I will make this food step by step.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of pepper
- 1 noodle
- Coriander leaves
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- Noodles masala
- Tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- Black pepper powder
- Cooking oil

First, I put a pot on the electric stove and added 2 cups of water. Then I broke the noodles and dropped them into the water. In this way, I boiled them for about 2 minutes.

After keeping them for 2 minutes, I took them out and drained them through a sieve to drain the water and kept them in a pot to cool.

Then I added green pepper, coriander leaves, chopped onion, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, noodles masala, black pepper powder and egg, and then I mixed it well. Eggs are very useful for holding all the ingredients together.

Then I put a pot on the electric stove and put cooking oil in it, and I started heating it. When it got hot, I dropped the mixed ingredients in the form of balls into the hot oil.

I kept it on low flame, then when it turned to one side, I flipped it over so that it fried nicely.

After some time, when it was done, I removed the oil with the help of a ladle and put it in a pot. Finally, my recipe was done. Then I wrote my name on a piece of paper.
Which country or culture inspired your combination? Give a clear explanation about your inspiration. |
|---|
This is a popular and cultural dish of South Asia. Maggi noodles inspired me to combine them. Maggi noodles are one of the street foods of the Asian continent, so I was inspired to make Muri-Maggi noodles balls in India. This is a very delicious dish, although it is street food, it is more interesting and delicious when eaten with tomato sauce.
What new flavor, or presentation did you create? |

Muri is one of the street foods of our country. Muri is made by seasoning it with various spices, which have been in our country for ages. It is sold in different forms in different parts of our country.
I have made Maggi Noodles Balls by mixing Indian Maggi Noodles with Muri, with which I have mixed delicious vegetables like eggs, chili, and coriander leaves to make a new street food. It has become more delicious because of the nutritious eggs.
The taste of this food is
- Creamy on top
- Spicy inside
- Soft
- Crunchy
How do you think people would react if this food was sold on the street? Explain! |
|---|
I think if it is sold on the roadside, then everyone will enjoy it with great fame because here it is made with Bengali traditional food, Muri, along with India's famous Maggi Noodles and eggs for nutrition, it tastes quite delicious. Since the recipe is spicy and eaten with tomato sauce, it is a delicious mix of spicy and sour.
If you sell it on the roadside, it will sell a lot because everyone likes street food. In our country, it is more common, everyone to go out on the street after the evening to eat street food. Because of that, everyone will like it because it is delicious, and they will also want to make it at home and eat it themselves.
I would like to invite my friends @mahadisalim @nurnobi10 and @shahid76 to take part in the contest.

Hello dear friend, I hope you are well. First of all, thank you very much for registering for the amazing contest and sharing a very delicious recipe with us. I like your recipe very much and my mouth is watering right now because this is how we make pakoras in Pakistan. Pakoras are made with potatoes and gram flour here and pakoras are also easily available from outside, but the outside test is different from the home test because at home we make them with clean things and we do not know what kind of street food is outside and what kind of hands they are made with. But the meaning of this contest is that we make the outside things cleanly at home so that the children also like these things and the children also eat their fill. I hope that others also like your recipe. Take care of yourself and keep sharing your delicious recipes with us. Best of luck dear. 😍🥰
Assalamu Alaikum ma'am, how are you? Alhamdulillah I am fine too.
Yes, it is a bit like pakora, but homemade food is much better than outside food, so it can be eaten without any doubt, everyone from children to adults can eat it.
This your indomie is nice o. Reminds me of the ones that Hausa people used to do in tea center over here. I like it. Weldone sir
Thank you so much
My pleasure
Woow. Beautiful twist you gave here with noodles. This reminded me of the fried noodles street food sold here in my country. They Matt the noodles with eggs and it looks delicious like this except they don’t get to break them Into pieces like this one you did but it’s totally beautiful to behold. Good job and sucesss.
Thank you very much for your nice comment, ma'am.
You are welcome

I really like these noodle pakoras, but I have never used muri in this recipe. Your recipe was very unique. They look very tempting.
You have created a very tasty and tempting recipe. I really like the noodles pakora recipe. It is especially fun to eat with the sauce.
I got greedy after seeing your recipe, bro. It is not possible to control greed after seeing such a recipe. But you have presented it beautifully.
