I am ready to participate in this contest with joy. Let's get started.

Take your favorite local street food and give it an international mix. Tell us the name of the street food and why? Show steps. Be detailed enough!

The street food that I will discuss with you in detail today is Jhal Muri. Jhal Muri A very popular street food in Bangladesh. It is delicious and very tempting. I took several tools needed to make it. Although many more tools can be added to make them. Anyway, I want to mention the detailed description and pictures of how it was made. Follow the steps below.

Required materials

  • Muri
  • Mustard oil
  • Salt as needed
  • Eight types of spices
  • Broiler chicken cooking oil
  • Some more necessary tools

step 1

First I took the muri and the hot spices. A separate struggle is required to create a torch. But it is delicious, at least eight types of spices are used to make the masala here. This spicy muri spice is made by mixing chicken oil and garam masala powder together. It is very easy to make by mixing the right amount of salt and broth.

step 2

Now I have to take the muri as much as I can. I will make this inside a mug. The mug was sufficient as a closed container. First, I took two handfuls of muri in a mug. The muri must be crunchy. I took the crushed muri and put it in the mug. Then I took a series of spicy spices. As you can see in the picture, I took two teaspoons of hot spices. The flavor of this street food comes from the spicy spices that can be seen on the spoon in the second picture.

step 3

1000019692.jpgChicken and mustard oil

Then it's time to mix them. You have to mix the muri with this spice recipe very carefully. I used the spoon I had in hand to mix the muri with the hot spices. I stirred it very well with a spoon. To mix better, I held the mug's mouth and shook it in the palm of my hand. In this way, after shaking it at least ten to fifteen times, I checked the output. Here I have used mustard oil to enhance the flavor even more. Mustard oil enhances its flavor.

step 4

It looks very tempting after being shaken very well. Just looking at it makes me want to eat. I tried to make it more interesting through photography. After making the spicy muri, it looked very delicious and tempting. It was great to see the final process of its creation. I got the real taste of spicy muri in this.

Which country or culture inspired your combination? Give a clear explanation about your inspiration.

Jhal Muri is one of the most well-known street foods. This is also a memory from my childhood. When I was a child, when I was in elementary school, I was very fascinated by seeing this jhal muri being made. The point is, I would watch a vendor at school make jhal muri and try to make it at home by mixing different spices. Jhal muri is an emotion and a feeling of childhood. And from that feeling, I get an inspiration to make this dish. Jhal muri is known as street food as part of Bengali culture. Culture and tradition believe that jhal muri will reign as a delicious food for ages.

What new flavor, or presentation did you create?

I mixed the spices here and it created a different flavor. I specifically added broiler chicken oil to this spice. I added pure mustard oil for extra flavor. The taste of this dish is further enhanced by the addition of pure mustard oil. Mustard oil is as pure as it is healthy for enhancing the flavor of food. After making the spicy muri, I found a different taste while eating it, which was a mixture of broiler chicken oil and mustard oil. It added a unique flavor.

How do you think people would react if this food was sold on the street? Explain!

This is a very difficult question, but I have a very proud answer. Yes, I ate it myself and tasted it. I have occasionally eaten this food on the street and compared it to its taste. I really liked this street food jhal muri that I made. However, I am not sure that this food tastes better than the unique street food vendors. But I would like to proudly say that the taste of this food was unique. Which I have not found this taste in other street food vendors.

The jhal muri I made was mixed very well. Each muri was mixed well. It was as tempting to look at as it was delicious. So I believe that if this muri sauce I made is sold on the street, people will be interested. The reason is that I got a unique taste from it that I didn't get from other sellers. So I am hopeful that this food will be well received by people if sold on the streets.

It was a very nice competition. Through this competition, we got to know many types of street food. I was able to gain a clear understanding of delicious street foods. So I invite my dear friends to participate here, @max-pro @jimiaera02 @wilmer1988 @kouba01 I hope you will participate here and make this competition a success.
