Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 120: What I Will Do Differently This Year
Were there things you felt you didn't do well in the previous year and how did it affect you?
Yes, there were things I felt I didn't do well in the previous year. I believe in the saying "delayed is an important decision, and consistency matters a lot.

What I felt that I didn't do well was that I was capable of achieving something important, but I ended up not achieving it, which led to moments of frustration and feelings of failure. At the beginning of the previous year, I promised myself that I would work on improving myself, but I ended up not doing so.
What were the limiting factors or the cause of the poor outcome? Do you know better now?
Poor time management, occasional self-doubt, and trying to do too many things at once without clear priorities are my limiting factors. Also, the fear of my getting things wrong made me hesitate. I do know better now and my experience has shown me that progress comes from starting imperfectly, staying focused, and learning along the way rather than waiting for the perfect moment.
Is there a need for you to do those things again better this year, or do you now consider them irrelevant?
Yes, there is a need for me to do those things again, better this year. Not everything from last year is irrelevant; some goals simply need a smarter approach, clear structure, and more commitment for me to achieve them. I am happy that at least I have learned to let go of irrelevant goals that no longer align with my values in life.
How do you feel about the new year, generally?
I feel motivated and hopeful about the new year because I know it is going to favour. This new year is a new chapter for a fresh goal, and I entered the new year with a clear and calm mindset with huge expectations.
