Thank-you.
Today I could not get out of bed, so I'm very sorry but will skip the update for today because I'm finally able to sit up without being dizzy but it is so late that I may as well just do the up-date tomorrow. The doctor thinks I have an inner ear infection that is making me dizzy.

Dear Happyme, I am not a doctor, but I have a lot of experience in observing these cases. My grandmother and my mother suffer from labyrinthitis, in addition to several aunts. Main factors of inflammation of the labyrinth (labyrinthitis): atmospheric pressure. Even if you don't move to higher or lower terrain this pressure changes as the seasons change. and it affects us. Another factor, a diet rich in sugars: the same climate change pushes us to look for more caloric foods and these influence inflammation, a 16-hour fast. Dinner at 5pm and breakfast after 8am. or any other time that suits you but gives you a 16-18 hour period without food. Avoid inflammatory sugars, dairy products, fruits, grains, beans, wheat, rice, and tubers. Increase your intake of egg, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, and cornmeal. tomatoes, walnuts, not peanuts which is inflammatory. Drink 1 liter of water with lemon (2) baking soda 1/2 teaspoon, salt 1 teaspoon, sugar 2 teaspoons. I will be praying for you, stay protected. My mother only takes ibuprofen, and deep breathing exercises to oxygenate. My grandmother took only lemon with baking soda for nausea.

Thanks @mariita52.
I'm feeling almost back to normal now. The information you provided seems pretty much good information for everyone to follow.
