KNOWING MORE ABOUT STEEMIT

When one asks questions, no matter how foolish that question may seem, the simple fact there is that the person does not know it and therefore needs to be set right.

For instance, I have a lot of things to post here in steemit and people will be impacted. But most often, when I post, especially recently, nobody minds it.

I want to know if there are rules I'm not following because obedience is the door way to miracles.

I've posted in writing and reviews different topics..
I've posted in natural health about cholesterol; also about libido etc..

And in some other communities. It's only my former write-ups that were voted.

PLEASE WHAT DO I DO TO BE RECOGNISED OR VOTED FOR.

Another question is can I vote on a write-up? If the answer is yes, how do I go about it? .
Many questions are hanging in my mind. I want to hang on now until I get answers to these ones yet. Thank you so much for taking the pains to hear me out.
